Our Highmark Direct stores, the first of their kind in Pennsylvania, support Highmark's mission to be the leading health and wellness company in the communities we serve.

In our stores, licensed associates offer personalized assistance to people searching for the right health or dental insurance policy — for themselves or for their families.

All Highmark Direct stores offer over-the-phone translation services from Language Line, in Spanish and 49 other languages, for foreign-language-speaking customers.

In addition, at our new Easton store, a bilingual staff member can assist Spanish-speaking customers (appointment required).

Visit a store near you to take advantage of the services that Highmark Direct offers:

• Consultations with insurance experts to discuss health or dental insurance options and receive assistance in applying for and purchasing coverage
• Highmark plans for individuals without employer health coverage, such as students, recent graduates, or people who are self-employed, between jobs, or retiring early
• Products for those Medicare eligible
• Group plans for companies with 50 or fewer employees

• Dental insurance from United Concordia Dental
• Medicare information seminars for seniors
• Health education resources, including information about Highmark wellness programs
• Assistance for members to sign up for "paperless" e-delivery of their Explanation of Benefits statements (EOBs) and newsletters
